NOTICE OF CANCELLATION
OF CONTRACT FOR DEED
YOU ARE NOTICED THAT:
1. Default has occurred in the Contract of Deed (“Contract”) dated April 3, 2009, and recorded on April 6, 2009, as Document Number 347514, in the Office of the County Recorder of Faribault County, Minnesota, in which Terrance Armon a/k/a Terry Armon and Jane Armon, husband and wife as seller, sold to Clarence Justice, as purchaser, the real property in Faribault County, Minnesota, described as follows:
A tract commencing Seventeen (17) feet South of Southeast corner of Block Four (4) in Dow and Bowen’s Addition to Blue Earth City (now City of Blue Earth), Faribault County, Minnesota, according to the Plat of said Addition on file in the office of the Register of Deeds of said County, thence West parallel with the North line of Block Eleven (11) in said Addition 100 feet, thence South 63 feet to the North line of said Block Eleven (11), thence North 63 feet to place of beginning. Being part of vacated Ninth (9) Street in said Addition.
2. The default is as follows: The purchaser is in default in making monthly payments of $500.00 per month from May 1, 2009 through January 1, 2010, total due $4,500.00. The full amount of the Contract purchase price is due in the amount of $43,000.00
The purchaser is also delinquent in paying the 2009 real estate taxes in the amount of $235.15.
3. For contracts executed after August 1, 1976, and prior to August 1, 1985, the purchase price and the amount of the purchase price paid by purchasers which is a % of the purchase price, as calculated in the manner required by Minnesota Statutes §559.21, subd. 1e.

THIS NOTICE IS TO INFORM YOU THAT BY THIS NOTICE THE SELLER HAS BEGUN PROCEEDINGS UNDER MINNESOTA STATUTES, SECTION 559.21, TO TERMINATE YOUR CONTRACT FOR THE PURPOSE OF YOUR PROPERTY FOR THE REASONS SPECIFIED IN THIS NOTICE. THE CONTRACT WILL TERMINATE Ninety DAYS AFTER (THE FIRST DATE OF PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE) UNLESS BEFORE THEN:

The South Central Workforce Council will release a Request for Proposal (RFP) on Friday, January 22nd, soliciting proposals to provide workforce development services for adults and dislocated workers under Title I of the Workforce Investment Act and State Dislocated Worker Program.
