5. Approved Resolution 10-PZ8-30 for a conditional use permit for Owen Lorenz in Section 32 of Foster Township for an earthen manure storage basin. Commissioners Erichsrud, Groskreutz, Loveall, Roper, and Warmka voted yes. Andy and Owen Lorenz attended.
6. Approved Resolution 10-CB-31 approving a contract with the State of Minnesota for transit funding in 2011. Commissioners Erichsrud, Groskreutz, Loveall, Roper, and Warmka voted yes.
7. Approved an SSTS loan of $12,918.60 to Don and Nancy Linder, Francis Linder Trust on Parcel No. 01.002.1101 in Barber Township.
8. Approved request of S. Asmus or E. Adams to attend a one-day annual passport training in Lakeville.
9. Approved payment of bills totaling $84,936.00.
