NOTICE OF HEARING FOR VARIANCE REQUEST
Notice is hereby given that on Monday, May 23, 2011 at 7:45 PM in the Conference Room of the Faribault County Ag Center, Blue Earth, MN, the Faribault County Board of Adjustment will hold a Public Hearing on the application of Mike Obermeyer for a Variance Request.
Applicant requests a variance to build a 70′ x 202′ Hog Beef Confinement barn within the 1500′ setback requirement to three (3) Rural Residences.

NOTICE OF PRELIMINARY HEARING BEFORE THE DRAINAGE AUTHORITY OF FARIBAULT COUNTY
Whereas a petition having been filed by Watonwan Farm Service to re-route a portion of Judicial Ditch #1F tile located in the SE1/4 of section 36 in Delavan Township at petitioner’s expense has been filed with the Faribault County Auditor-Treasurer,
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a hearing will be held before the drainage authority on the 26th day of May, 2011 at 1:00 P.M. in the Board Room of the Faribault County Courthouse, 125 North Main Street, Blue Earth, Minnesota for the purpose of further considering the petition, examining the plat of the proposed route and verifying that present drainage for other landowners shall not be adversely affected and that the cost of the re-route shall be borne by the petitioners. All interested persons may attend and be heard thereon.
The petition and plat of proposed re-route may be examined prior to the hearing by any interested person on request at the office of the County Auditor-Treasurer located at the Courthouse, 125 North Main Street, Blue Earth, Minnesota during regular business hours between 8:00 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. Monday through Friday except holidays.
