AN ORDINANCE FOR THE CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY
OWNED BY THE CITY OF BLUE EARTH
The City Council of the City of Blue Earth do ordain as follows:
SECTION I
The City of Blue Earth owns certain property located in the City of Blue Earth legally described as follows:
Lots Eight (8) and Nine (9) in Block Fifty-one (51) as designated upon the recorded Plat of Blue Earth City (now City of Blue Earth), Faribault County, Minnesota, according to the plat of said City on file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds of said County.
SECTION II
Bernie Kriewall is desirous of purchasing property in Section I above and the City of Blue Earth is desirous of selling such property for a sale price of $10,000.00.
SECTION III
Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 12, Section 12.02 of the City Charter of the City of Blue Earth, the City of Blue Earth is hereby authorized to sell and the Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized to convey the property described in Section I of this ordinance to the purchaser upon payment of the purchase price.
SECTION IV
