The City of Blue Earth is accepting quotes for the Airport Farm Lease Tract 1 & 2 for 2013. A copy of the current lease is available at City Hall or by contacting City Hall at 507-526-7336 or www.becity.org.

This year’s quotes will be accepted for both a one year and a three year lease option. The Airport Commission and the City Council reserves the right to evaluate all quotes and accept or reject any or all.

Quotes will be accepted at City Hall until October 5th, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. Quotes shall be turned in to the City Administrator’s office, 125 W. Sixth St., P.O. Box 38, Blue Earth, MN 56013. INVITATION TO BIDS

The LSS Senior Nutrition Program hereby solicits sealed bids for meals in Blue Earth, Bricelyn, Elmore, Wells and Winnebago. Any interested bidder may obtain more information by calling (218) 233-7521 or writing to the LSS Senior Nutrition Program, Suite #401C, 715 North 11th St., Moorhead, MN 56560. All proposals for furnishing said meals should be marked as a bid on the envelope and must be received at the above address, no later than 5:00 p.m. on October 1, 2012 at which time and place all bidding shall be considered closed and all bids received shall be publicly opened and read aloud. The right is reserved by the LSS Senior Nutrition Program to accept or reject any or all bids, and to waive any formalities in any bid received or procedure set forth herein and to make the award in the best interest of the project. The LSS Senior Nutrition Program shall have a period of 30 days after said opening to accept or reject proposed bid. Dated this 5th day of September 2012.

The City Council of the City of Winnebago Ordains:

Section 1. Section 51.51 DELINQUENCY CHARGE of Chapter 51: WATER Of Title V: Public Works is hereby repealed.

Section 1. Section 51.51 DELINQUENCY CHARGE of Chapter 51: WATER Of Title V: Public Works is amended to read:

If any individual dwelling or premises taking water fails or neglects to pay the bill by the tenth of every month, there shall be a 10% penalty charge of the outstanding balance owed.

Section 2. This ordinance becomes effective from and after its passage and publication

DISCONNECTION OF WATER FOR NONPAYMENT OF CHAPTER 51: WATER OF TITLE V: PUBLIC WORKS

OF THE WINNEBAGO CODE OF ORDINANCES

The City Council of the City of Winnebago Ordains:

Section 1. Section 51.51 DISCONNECTION OF WATER FOR NONPAYMENT of Chapter 51: WATER Of Title V: PUBLIC WORKS is hereby repealed.

Section 1. Section 51.52 (A) DISCONNECTION OF WATER FOR NONPAYMENT of Chapter 51: WATER Of Title V: PUBLIC WORKS is amended to read:

(A) If any individual dwelling or premises taking water fails or neglects to pay the bill for two consecutive months the Administrator-Clerk-Treasurer shall give a notice of the delinquency. If such delinquent does not pay within five days after the giving of the delinquency notice, the Administrator-Clerk-Treasurer shall report the name of the delinquent to the Water Supervisor, who shall at once proceed to turn off the water from the premises of the delinquent. The water will not be turned on again until all arrears are paid in full, together with a $20 turn on fee.

Section 2. This ordinance becomes effective from and after its passage and publication
