YOU ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
1. Default has occurred in the conditions of the Mortgage dated February 28, 2006, executed by Kristen R. Wass, a married person, as mortgagor, to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as mortgagee, and recorded on March 2, 2006 as Document Number 335361, in the office of the County Recorder of Faribault County, Minnesota. The land described in the Mortgage is not registered land.
2. 3. Re-scheduled the first regular meeting in December to 9:00 a.m. Thursday, December 6, 2012 and the drainage meeting to 1:00 p.m. Thursday, December 6, 2012.
4. Approved an $8,480.28 SSTS loan to Franz and Ruth Scholtz on Parcel No. 14.024.0501 in Pilot Grove Township.
5. Approved an $12,000 SSTS loan to Gerhard and Mavis Leland on Parcel No. 03.036.0200 in Brush Creek Township.
6. Approved annual Emergency Management Services grant of $14,385.
7. Approved Small Cities Development grant for residential grant application to include target addresses in the cities of Kiester, Bricelyn, and Elmore and authorize the chair’s signature on the applications.
8. Approved Resolution 12-PZ08-32 a conditional use permit to Laurence Blaine to operate a hobby kennel in Section 13 of Verona Township. Commissioners Groskreutz, Loveall, Roper, Warmka, and Young voted yes.

11. Approved Resolution 12-RB12-35 a final payment of $67,390.25 to Knopik Crushing for gravel crushing in the Baker Pit. Commissioners Groskreutz, Loveall, Roper, Warmka, and Young voted yes.
12. Approved lodging requests from D. Babcock and J. Franzen for one-day recertification classes in Arden Hills approved at the last regular meeting.

Christenson, S. Dulac, and S. Linde to attend a two-day Minnesota South Central Investigators Coalition conference in Mankato.
14. Approved Resolution 12-CB-36 setting the market price of $30-$35 per ton for Prairieland Solid Waste Management. Commissioners Groskreutz, Loveall, Roper, Warmka, and Young voted yes.
15. Directed staff to proceed with Coast to Coast drug card plan for the county.
16. Approved payment bills totaling $481,199.21.
