YOU ARE NOTIFIED THAT:

1. Default has occurred in the conditions of the Mortgage dated February 28, 2006, executed by Kristen R. Wass, a married person, as mortgagor, to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as mortgagee, and recorded on March 2, 2006 as Document Number 335361, in the office of the County Recorder of Faribault County, Minnesota. The land described in the Mortgage is not registered land.

2. The Mortgage was assigned to HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for Wells Fargo Asset Securities Corporation Home Equity Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-1 pursuant to an Assignment recorded in the office of the Faribault County Recorder on September 26, 2012 as Document No. 359580.

ORDINANCE NO. 12-14

CITY OF BLUE EARTH

AN ORDINANCE TO

REGULATE THE

PARKING OF

SEMI-TRACTOR RIG CABS

WITHIN THE CITY OF

BLUE EARTH;

AMENDING SUBSECTION 630.11 OF THE BLUE EARTH CITY CODE

The City Council of the City of Blue Earth does hereby ordain as follows:

SECTION I.

That Subsection 630.11, Subd. 2 of the Blue Earth City Code is hereby amended to state the following:

Subd. 2. Semi-Tractor Rig Cabs. It is unlawful to park a semi-tractor rig cab upon a City Street, City-owned parking lot, or other public property located within the City of Blue Earth. Semi-tractor cabs may be parked on private property in accordance with the requirements of the City Code concerning the parking of private vehicles on private property within commercial and industrial zones of the City only. Semi-tractor rig cabs may be parked upon private property within residential districts of the City by permit only. Semi-tractor rig cabs may also be parked on City streets, City-owned parking lots and private property for reasonable periods of time necessary for the loading and unloading of their intended cargos.

SECTION II.

That a new Subdivision of Subsection 630.11 to be known as Subd. 3 Residential Semi-Tractor Rig Cab Permits is hereby created and adopted, stating as follows:

Subd. 3. Residential Semi-Tractor Rig Cab Permits. A permit is required to park a semi-tractor rig cab upon any property located within a residential district for a period of longer than the time necessary to load or unload a cargo. Permits may be obtained for no charge at Blue Earth City Hall at 125 W. 6th Street, Blue Earth, Minnesota during normal business hours. Permits shall be good for a period of one year. As a condition of a permit, said semi-tractor rig cabs shall be prohibited from running idle upon property within residential districts from 10:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. and may not run idle within 25 feet of any neighboring residential home, excluding any home located upon the permitted parking location.

SECTION III.

Subdivisions 3 through 6 of Subsection 630.11 shall be re-numbered as Subdivisions 4, 5, 6, and 7 respectively.

SECTION IV.

This Ordinance shall become effective 30 days after passing and publication.

BLUE EARTH AREA SCHOOL BOARD MINUTES

November 13, 2012

The regular meeting of the Board of Education of the Blue Earth Area, I.S.D #2860 was held on Tuesday November 13, 2012 in Blue Earth , MN.

Present were School Board members: J. Haugh, T. Cahill, M. Eckhardt, D. Fellows, V. Hanson, F. Bly, and S. Becker.

Also attending were Supt. Gough, members of the press, staff and public.

The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Chairperson Bly. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

On an Eckhardt/Becker motion the board approved the agenda. Unanimous approval.

Public Input: None

On a Hanson/Cahill motion, the board unanimously approved the minutes from the October meeting.

The board unanimously approved eleven money transfers in the amount of $ 1,259,408.53. Fellows/Haugh motion.

Superintendents Report: Evan Gough reported that the MSBA Annual leadership conference will be held January 17&18. BUCS Nite Out will be moved to Friday night Nov. 16th due to the football game at the dome. The School Board was presented certificates of recognition in conjunction with American Education Week.

Committee Reports: Vickie Hanson reported that many items are in for Bucs Nite Out and the generosity of the people that have helped line up the event and those that have given cash or items has been tremendous.

Other reports: Gary Holmseth was available and presented his new Hybrid Online Accounting class. It is something new this year and offers an opportunity to a flexible scheduling option.

Action Items:

On a Haugh/Cahill motion the board unanimously awarded Rochan Corporation of Plymouth MN, the contract for the HVAC project at the K-8 site. The winning bid was in the amount of $5,400,000. The time table for the work will be December 2012- August of 2013.

On a Hanson/Eckhardt motion the board unanimously approved Kevin Grant as the Districts Designated LEA Representative for Blue Earth Area Schools.

Personnel:

The following hires were unanimously approved on a Fellows/Cahill motion:

Jody Hanson- Special Ed Para B-2-1

Rhonda Johnson- Cook’s Helper A-1-1

Heidi Phillips- Head Cook B-2-3

The Contract for Dexter Prechel (bus mechanic) was approved on a Becker/Hanson motion.

The winter coaches list was approved on a Cahill/Eckhardt motion.

A resolution canvassing returns of votes for the schools general elections was approved on a Haugh/Eckhardt motion. All in favor were: Cahill, Hanson, Eckhardt, Bly, Haugh, Becker, and Fellows.

A resolution authorizing issuance of certificates of election and directing the district clerk to perform other election duties was passed on a Hanson/Fellows motion. Voting in favor were: Fellows, Becker, Haugh, Bly, Eckhardt, Hanson, and Cahill.

On a Cahill/Becker motion, the board was dismissed at 7:30pm
