NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that default has occurred in the conditions of that certain mortgage, dated the 26th day of July, 2011, executed by Singleteary Food Solutions, LLC, a limited liability company, as mortgagor, to Pioneer Bank, as mortgagee, filed for record in the office of the County Recorder in and for the County of Faribault, and State of Minnesota, on the 27th day of July, 2011, at 11:55 a.m., and recorded as Document No. 355402;
