NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Delavan will be holding a public hearing during the regularly scheduled council meeting on May 13, 2013 at 6:30PM in the council room in Delavan.
The meeting agenda will include a Public Hearing on the application of Watonwan Farm Service for a Conditional Use Permit. Applicant is requesting a Conditional Use Permit for two (2) temporary corn bunkers during the corn harvest if needed.
The proposed project located @ 19411 430th Ave within Delavan City limits. Bunker (A) location is the northeast corner outside of the railway circle. Bunker is 192′ X 64′. Bunker (B) location is just west of bin site & the east inside edge of the railway circle. Bunker is 400′ X 200′.
