The City of Blue Earth Public Works Department is requesting bids for a used road grader. The road grader must be equipped with: 1) Moldboard with a minimum dimension of fourteen feet by twenty-seven inches high and 1 inch thick. The moldboard must include a two-foot moldboard extension. 2) An engine with a minimum of 620 cubic inches and a minimum of 10.3 liters with a minimum of 200 net horsepower. 3) An engine that meets at least a Tier II emission control standard. 4) A circle drive slip clutch. 5) High profile cab with a winter package and air conditioning. 6) Michelin Snow Plus Tires or equivalent snow tires 7) Equipped with a minimum of a 100 amp alternator
