FOR CONDITIONAL USE
REQUEST
Notice is hereby given that the Faribault County Planning Commission will meet on Tuesday, October 8, 2013, at 7:00 PM in the Conference Room of the Faribault County Ag. Center, Blue Earth, MN.
The meeting agenda will include a Public Hearing on the Conditional Use application of Midcontinent Communications.
Application is requesting a Conditional Use Permit to install a new 72 count fiber optic cable in the county owned right of way along County Road 16. This would include portions within the A-2 General Agriculture, the I-1 Light Industry and B-1 Highway Service Business Districts in Faribault County.
The installation sites include portions of Blue Earth City, Emerald, Brush Creek and Foster townships.
All persons interested are invited to attend said hearing and be heard on this matter.
