5. Held public feedlot hearing for Neil Grunzke.
6. Approved the following financial institutions as depositories of funds for Faribault County for a one-year period: First Bank of Blue Earth, Wells Fargo Bank, First Financial Bank of Winnebago, Farmers Trust & Savings Bank, Alliance Bank, Pioneer Bank, and State Bank of Easton.
7. Approved addition of taxes for payable 2012 taxes of $192, payable 2013 taxes of $170, and payable 2014 taxes of $188 on Parcel No. 21-627-0050 owned by Four Oaks Townhouses Inc. for a parcel that was classified exempt and should have been classified as taxable.

14. Approved restoring CD24 system back to the 1959 profile per the documents presented and directed the staff to develop bid documents. Loveall abstained from voting.
15. Approved a joint powers agreement for animal control as presented.
16. Rescinded motion to approve a joint powers agreement for animal control. The issue will be brought back to the board at the next regular meeting.
17. Approved requests of S. Determan to attend a 2-day Criminal Justice Information Users conference in St. Cloud, B. Gehrking to attend a 2-day Towards Zero Deaths conference in Duluth, D. Babcock, M. Durkee, and J. Franzen to attend a 1-day Construction Site Management Recertification in Mankato, and D. Babcock to attend a 1-day Grading and Base Recertification in Mankato.
18. Approved payment bills totaling $453,739.80.
