NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR LIVESTOCK

FEEDLOT PERMIT

Notice is hereby given per Minnesota statutes, Chapter 116, that Nathan Scheid, has made Application to the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency for a permit to construct or expand a feedlot with a capacity of 500 animal units or more.

The existing feedlot, known as the Nathan Scheid Farm, is located in the NW4 of NW4, Sec 18, T103N, R26,in Barber township of Faribault County, Minnesota. Application is to expand the existing feedlot operation from 720 AU (2400 head) to 1440 AU (4800) head in a hog finishing operation.
