ASSESSMENTS FOR

NO. F17.109082 SMITH DRIVE AND NORTH CIRCLE DRIVE IMPROVEMENTS 2015

Notice is hereby given that the city council of Blue Earth will meet in the Public Safety Building Meeting Room at 120 S. Walnut Street at 5:30 p.m. on February 2, 2015, to consider the making of Improvement No. F7.109082, an improvement on Smith Drive from the west end to Moore Street, Moore Street from Smith Drive to Circle Drive, Circle Drive from Moore Street to Galbraith Street pursuant to Minn. Stat. 429.011 to 429.111. In addition, this project will entail pavement maintenance improvements for Tanglewood Lane from the south end to Smith Drive, Oak Knoll Court from Circle Drive to Tanglewood Lane, and Meadow Lane from the west end to Oak Knoll Court. The estimated cost of the improvement to the City is $1,797,000. A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment will be available at the hearing. Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvement will be heard at this meeting.
