YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Public Hearing will be held on Monday, March 30, 2015 beginning at 4 pm in the Council Room of the Municipal Building (202 S. Hwy 169) to hear comments and decide upon a conditional use permit as requested by David Olshansky, for his proposed business, “Elmore Assisted Living.”

Mr. Olshansky proposes to use the property known as 202 E. North Street (former Elmore School and former Elmore Academy) as an assisted living facility senior property providing housing with services, for up to 100 residents.

In accordance with the City Code of Ordinances, a conditional use permit is required as the proposed use of the property would be changed from its most current use.
