3. Approved minutes of March 17, 2015 regular meeting.

4. Approved an SSTS loan to Mark and Pamela Braunshausen on Parcel No. 12.002.0201 in Lura Township for $8,742.76.

5. Approved purchase of a transit bus and to seek bids for project.

6. Approved Resolution 15-CB-10 opposing an increase in truck size or weight at the state or federal level. Commissioner Loveall voted no.

7. Approved participating 50% with the City of Wells for the demolition of a forfeited tax parcel at an estimated total cost of $27,500 and to deed the parcel to the City of Wells. Commissioner Warmka voted no.

8. Approved Resolution 15-RB04-11 an agreement to State Transportation Fund Local Bridge Replacement Program for a grant of $203,369.78 for the construction of Bridge No. 22620 on CSAH 19. Commissioners Groskreutz, Loveall, Roper, Warmka, and Young voted yes.

9. Appointed Mark Daly to a 1-year term as Public Works Director beginning May 1, 2015.

10. Approved requests from E. Bromeland and M. Sonnek to attend a 1-day De-escalation strategies for Mn Veterans in crisis in Albert Lea; A. Huston to attend a 3-day MN Fraud Investigators Assoc. conference in Walker; D. Hanson and L. Weinandt to attend a 3-day Mn Assoc. of County Veteran Service Officers annual conference in Nisswa, and D. All residents of Verona Township are hereby notified that the Verona Township Board of Supervisors will hold a Public Hearing on May 11, 2015 at 5;15 PM. Location of the hearing being the Clerk’s Office in the former Huntley School Building, now Patten Roofing, 16289 315th Ave, Huntley, Minnesota.

The purpose of this hearing is to consider passing an ordinance to repeal Verona Township Ordinance 98-1: An ordinance relating to zoning and land use within the Township of Verona.
