NOTICE is hereby given that SEALED BIDS will be received by John Thompson, County Auditor of Faribault County, Blue Earth, Minnesota, on behalf of the Board of County Commissioners of said county until 11:00 a.m., June 25, 2015, for the following project. Bids will be opened and read publicly in the Commissioners Room in the Courthouse in Blue Earth immediately after the hour set for receiving bids. Any bids received after said hour will be returned to the bidder unopened. Any bid received without a certified check or bid bond will be returned to the bidder without being read or considered.
Estimated major quantities of work include: 15,733 Sq. Yd. Rubblize Concrete Pavement, 11,440 Ton Aggregate Base Class 5, 21,517 Sq. Yd. Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the Personal Representative will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate, including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and to do all necessary acts for the Estate.
