REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

STEINBERG NATURE PARK INNER WOODS TRAIL
AND PICNIC AREA
The City of Blue Earth is seeking a Design/Build proposal for the construction of a pedestrian trail in the Steinberg Nature Park at 39267 110th Street, Blue Earth, MN 56013
The proposal will have two options. Option 1 will include the design and build of a five foot wide pedestrian pathway constructed of highly compacted Class 2 aggregate and two level concrete pads for picnic tables. Option 2 will include the same aggregate pathway base and pads but will include a permeable asphalt surface on the trail. Trail length will be a total of 1750 feet. The desired pathway is clearly marked and available for inspection by potential submitters.
