Any interested bidder may obtain more information by calling (218) 233-7521 or writing to the LSS Senior Nutrition Program, Suite #401C, 715 North 11th St., Moorhead, MN 56560. All proposals for furnishing said meals should be marked as a bid on the envelope and must be received at the above address, no later than 5:00 p.m. on September 5, 2015, at which time and place all bidding shall be considered closed and all bids received shall be publicly opened and read aloud. The right is reserved by the LSS Senior Nutrition Program to accept or reject any or all bids, and to waive any formalities in any bid received or procedure set forth herein and to make the award in the best interest of the project. NOTICE OF HEARING ON VIEWERS REPORTS

Notice is hereby given, that a proceeding has been commenced by the Drainage Authority of County Ditch #62 Faribault County, Minnesota, for the redetermination of benefits and damages and benefited areas and damaged areas of County Ditch #62 and its various laterals, extensions and improvements.

That the proceeding is pending.

That the viewers appointed herein have made and filed their report in the office of the Faribault County Auditor-Treasurer in Blue Earth, Minnesota.

That the following is a brief description of the lands drained by County Ditch#62 and by its main tile, various laterals, extensions and tile systems. Said system drains all or part of the following townships; Sections 19,20,21,29 and 30 in Prescott Township along with roads therein.

That the names of the owners thereof, and municipal and other corporations affected thereby, as shown by the Viewer’s Report are as follows: Maryanne Swanson, Willette Seed Farm Inc., Douglas Krinkie, Laron and Christine Werner, Jaret Stauffer and Alesha Johnson, George Lane Buck, Daniel Cyril Murphy Ins Trust, , David E Hacklander, Eugene E Hacklander Family Trust, Rebecca A Hacklander, Leroy Sanders Trust B and Ellen Sanders, Neal and Brenda Mensing, Kent Mensing, Minnesota Department of Transportation, Faribault County and Prescott Township.

AND THAT, THEREFORE, on Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in the County Board Room, Courthouse, 415 North Main, Blue Earth, MN the Drainage Authority of said system shall hear and consider said viewers’ report, and all the persons interested in the redetermination of benefits are invited to appear and be heard before the Drainage Authority, for and against the proposed redetermination of benefits with respect to any other matters in connection therewith. In the Matter of the Improvement of County Ditch #62, Faribault County, Minnesota

Notice is hereby given, that the petition for the improvement of County Ditch #62 Faribault County, is pending before the Faribault County Board of Commissioners acting as Drainage Authority for County Ditch #62. The engineer’s final report and the viewer’s report have been filed with the Faribault County Auditor. The Drainage Authority will consider the petition and reports, hear all interested for and against the proposed redetermination of benefits and with respect to any other matters in connection therewith and decide whether or not to proceed with said project at a public hearing in the Faribault County Board Room, Courthouse, 415 North Main Street, Blue Earth, MN on Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at 2:15 p.m.

A description of the proposed improvement as shown by the engineer’s report on file is as follows: The proposed improvement will add approximately 2,500 feet of existing 18-inch private tile at the present outlet of County Ditch #62 and replace it with a 24 inch tile to accommodate the connections to a proposed bioreactor.
