RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY PURCHASE AGREEMENT

YOU ARE NOTIFIED:
1. Either a default has occurred or an unfulfilled condition exists in the Purchase Agreement dated August 9, 2015 in which Dean Oswald and Theodora Oswald, (“Seller”), agreed to sell to Dustin Metcalfe, (“Purchaser”), real property in Faribault County, Minnesota, legally described as follows:

Purchaser failed to have a Buyers Inspection of the property within 7 days of August 10, 2015. Purchaser failed to provide Proof of Funds within 5 days of August 10, 2015, nor did Purchaser provide a valid Proof of Funds on or before September 18, 2015 under the terms of the Purchase Agreement dated September 18, 2015.
THIS NOTICE IS PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, SECTION 559.217, TO INFORM YOU THAT YOUR PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR THE PURCHASE OF THE ABOVE PROPERTY HAS BEEN CANCELED FOR THE REASONS SPECIFIED IN THIS NOTICE. THE CANCELLATION WILL BE CONFIRMED 90 DAYS AFTER THE FIRST DAY OF PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE. PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Faribault County Housing and Redevelopment Authority have completed updates to our Annual and 5 Year Plan which we are mandated to do by HUD under our Housing Choice Voucher Program. The plan outlines the goals, objectives and activities of the HRA over the next 5-year period of time.
The plan will be available for review and for comments from November 9 through December 20, 2015. This information will be available for review at the MVAC offices located in Blue Earth at 301 No. Main St., Blue Earth, or our Mankato Office at 706 North Victory Drive, Mankato, MN. Any comments must be received no later than 8:00 a.m. on Monday, December 21, 2015, and can be addressed to Mary Phillips, Section 8 Housing Coordinator at either office address. Any questions can be directed to Mary Phillips, Housing Department, MVAC at 507-345-0450. The Public Hearing regarding the plan will take place on Monday, December 21, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. in the Conference Room at our MVAC Offices in Blue Earth, Minnesota.
