NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the town board of Prescott Township, Faribault County, Minnesota will conduct a public hearing on the 27th day of April, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at the intersection of 380th Avenue and 150th Street for the purposes of considering and acting upon its powers established in Minn. Stat. §164.06, subd. 1 allowing a town board to initiate the town road establishment, vacation, or alteration procedure in Minn. Stat. §164.07 without having to obtain the petition described in Minn. Stat. §1674.07, Subd. 1 does hereby move to vacate the following described road:

The regular meeting of the Board of Education of the Blue Earth Area, I.S.D. #2860 was held on Monday, March 14th, in Blue Earth, MN.
Present were School Board members: F. Bly, D. Fellows, M. Maher,  S. Ripley, S. Hauskins, A. Patten and J. Haugh. Also Attending were Supt. Gough, principals, members of the press, staff and public.
The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Chairperson Bly. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
On a Haugh/Fellows  motion, the board approved the agenda.
Public Input: None
On a Hauskins/Patten motion, the board unanimously approved the minutes from the February meeting.
The board unanimously approved six money transfers in the amount of $1,325,972.84. Haugh/Maher motion.
Action Items:
The Board unanimously approved the Budget Revision for FY16. Maher/Ripley motion.
On a Fellows/Hauskins motion the Board approved the Agreement Concerning Instructional Staff Sharing with Southern Plains Education Coop #915: Jody Johnson, Paraprofessional.
A Notice of Desire to Negotiate from the non-certified staff was accepted on a Hauskins/ Patten motion.
MSBA Strategic Planning Services were approved. Fellows/Maher motion.
On a Patten/ Haugh motion, the Track Resurfacing Bid from Fisher Tracks was approved.
