4. Approved hiring Tharen Haugh as part-time Sheriff Deputy.

5. Approved tobacco/smoke-free grounds policy effective June 7, 2016.

6. Approved application for SSTS incentive grant for FY 2017.

7. Approved Resolution 16-CB-07 accepting any funds left over from the sale of Parcel No. 21.221.0210 in Walters and the satisfaction of an existing mortgage to the First State Bank of Kiester up to the amount of $10,730 or 40% of the loan amount shall be paid to Faribault County in exchange for a satisfaction of the SCDP Repayment Agreements. Commissioners Groskreutz, Loveall, Roper, Warmka, and Young voted yes.

8. Approved advertising SAP 022-599-110 to replace Bridge 2733 in Rome Township.

9. Accepted bid from Minnowa Construction Inc. for CSAH 6 Bridge 4453 in the amount of $2,149,584.93. Other bids received were $2,322,986.09 from ICON Constructors, LLC and $2,352,544.70 from S.M. Hentges & Sons, Inc.
