4. Accepted final payment to the City of Wells on SP 022-599-001.
5. Approved requests from Z. Coxworth and M. Lore to attend a 4-day International Drainage symposium in Minneapolis, M. Lore to attend a 1-day MN Assoc. of Drainage Inspectors and MN Viewers Assoc. meeting in Fergus Falls and G. Berg-Moberg to attend a 2-day MN Criminal Justice Institute in St. Paul.
6. Approved Resolution 16-CB-14 entering into a grant agreement with the Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs for the County Veterans Service Office Operational Enhancement Grant Program. Commissioners Groskreutz, Loveall, Roper, Warmka, and Young voted yes.
7. Approved payment bills totaling $130,753.68.
Discussion was held concerning the following:
1. Jennifer Nelson, Vice President Development from Southern Minnesota Initiative Foundation and Tim Clawson, Executive Director of the Faribault County Development Corporation met regarding their agencies activities.
