The State of Minnesota and County of Faribault hereby provide notice of intent to declare said items as abandoned property pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 345.75. If you are the owner of any of the items located within the identified premises, please notify my office of your ownership interest within 30 days of the first publication date of this notice. Failure to do so within 30 days can result in the transfer of ownership of the property to the State of Minnesota and Faribault County.
