It is Ordered and Notice is given that on February 21, 2017 at 10:30 AM, a hearing will be held in this Court at 415 North Main, Blue Earth, Minnesota, on a petition for the adjudication of intestacy and determination of decedent’s heirs, and for the appointment of Byron Goodrich and Norma Goodrich, whose address is 1433 Parkside Lane, North Mankato, MN 56003, as personal representatives of the decedent’s estate in an unsupervised administration.

Notice is hereby given that the Faribault County Planning Commission will meet on Tuesday, February 17, 2017, at 7:00 PM in the Conference Room of the Faribault County Ag. Center, Blue Earth, MN.

The meeting agenda will include a Public Hearing on the application of Jody Wegner Antiques of the Midwest LLC for a Conditional Use Permit.

Applicant is requesting a Conditional Use Permit for an Antique Store or items of a similar nature in the A-2 General Agriculture District.

The site is located at the following described property:
