Sealed Prime General Contract bids for Blue Earth Area School Roof Renovation will be received by the Owner at the office of the Owner, 315 East 6th Street, Blue Earth, Minnesota 56013 by mail or personal delivery until Thursday, April 20, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at which date and time the bids will be opened and read aloud.

A prebid conference will be held Tuesday April 4, 2017 at 3:15 p.m. at the Blue Earth High School.

Project Scope: Selective demolition and construction of a roof renovation and other Work indicated in the drawings and specifications.

Bidders shall submit their proposal on the forms provided. Proposal shall be filled in clearly and correctly with ink or other permanent format. Proposal shall be signed in ink by the individual, members of the partnership, or by one or more officers of the corporation making the proposal.

The sale on that date will include the following: 31 pianos of various brands and ages, most built before 1940; 9 organs of different types and ages; miscellaneous piano and organ parts, other miscellaneous furniture items including a sewing machine cabinet and folding tables and chairs and filing cabinets; and personal property items including old wooden doors, old steam radiators, miscellaneous theater staging and old Main Street business signs; miscellaneous kerosene lamp globes and parts; miscellaneous stain and opaque glass pieces, among other items. A list of specific items to be sold at auction may be obtained upon request from the Faribault County Sheriff’s Office.
