AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS
It is Ordered and Notice is hereby given that on January 23, 2018, at 10:30 a.m., a hearing will be held in this Court at 415 North Main Street, Blue Earth, Minnesota, for the adjudication of intestacy and determination of heirship of the Decedent, and for the appointment of Tina Hagedorn, whose address is 42794 40th Street, Elmore, MN 56027, as Personal Representative of the Estate of the Decedent in an UNSUPERVISED administration. Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper, and no objections are filed or raised, the Personal Representative will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate, including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and to do all necessary acts for the Estate.
Notice is also given that (subject to Minnesota Statues section 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the Personal Representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.

All proposals must be submitted on the approved form and according to specifications. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive defects in proposals.

Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. 1. All members were present. The pledge of allegiance was recited.
2. Approved minutes of November 21, 2017 regular meeting.
3. Approved agenda of December 7, 2017.
4. Appointed Austin Bressler of Huntley to a four-year term on the Huntley Sewer Service District Board ending December 31,2021.
5. Hired Jason Casias as a full-time jailer/dispatcher in the Sheriff Department.
6. Set 2018 meal maximum reimbursement amounts as follows: breakfast $11.00, lunch $13.00, Dinner $20.00.
7. Approved the following 2018 benefits for non-union employees effective January 1, 2018: 2% cost of living adjustment; Health insurance premium set at $574.08 per month if enrolled in the single HSA Compatible PEIP plan health insurance. $676.50 per month if enrolled in the Value or Advantage PEIP plan health insurance. $687.00 per month if enrolled in family or employee plus one health insurance; contribution of $3,300 annually for those enrolled in the H S A compatible PEIP plan which may be used toward health insurance premium.
8. During public comment Andy Pierce of Pilot Grove Township, Lynette Ritter of Emerald Township, Tracy Zierke of Blue Earth, Ron Schultz of Pilot Grove Township, Ruth Scholtz of Pilot Grove Township, Tim Nelson of Emerald Township, Pam Krill of Pilot Grove Township, Joel Rauenhorst of Barber Township, and Ray Rauenhorst of Barber Township spoke during public comment.

Commissioners Groskreutz, Loveall, Roper, and Young voted yes. Commissioner Warmka abstained due to conflict of interest.
10. Approved Resolution 17-PZ09-42 granting a conditional use permit to EDF Renewable Energy and James and Robin Smith to sight and install an 81.3-meter metrological towner in Barber Township, Section 13-103-26. Commissioners Groskreutz, Loveall, Roper, and Young voted yes. Commissioner Warmka abstained due to conflict of interest.
11. Approved 2018-2019 MPCA County Feedlot Program Delegation Agreement Work Plan.
12. Approved Resolution 17-RB14-43 for a final payment to Ulland Brothers, Inc. for CSAH 18 box culvert and overlay project SAP 022-618-005. Commissioners Groskreutz, Loveall, Roper, Warmka, and Young voted yes.
13. Approved Resolution 17-RB15-44 for a final payment to Midwest Contracting, LLC for CSAH 4 bridge project SAP 022-604-014. Commissioners Groskreutz, Loveall, Roper, Warmka, and Young voted yes.

6. Kyle Sammons met regarding CD 24 change order. Action moved to Draining Authority meeting.
