AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING DISTRICT
OF CERTAIN BLOCKS OF PLATTED REAL PROPERTY
IN THE CITY OF BLUE EARTH PURSUANT TO
SUBSECTION
1010.04 OF THE BLUE EARTH CITY CODE.
The City Council of the City of Blue Earth do ordain as follows:
SECTION I
That the blocks of the various plats located in the City of Blue Earth described herein below are hereby re-zoned as parcels in an SBI Small Business and Industry District:
