Delores M. Pooley, Charlette A. Kretchmer, and also the unknown heirs of these named Defendants, and all other persons unknown claiming any right, title, estate, interest or lien in the real estate described in the Complaint herein,
Defendants.
THIS SUMMONS IS DIRECTED TO THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS.
1. YOU ARE BEING SUED. The Plaintiff has started a lawsuit against you. The Plaintiff’s Complaint against you is on file in the office of the court administrator of the above-named court. Do not throw these papers away. They are official papers that affect your rights. You must respond to this lawsuit even though it may not yet be filed with the Court and there may be no court file number on this summons.
2. YOU MUST REPLY WITHIN 20 DAYS TO PROTECT YOUR RIGHTS. You must give or mail to the person who signed this summons a written response called an Answer within 20 days of the date on which you received this Summons. You must send a copy of your Answer to the person who signed this Summons located at:

3. YOU MUST RESPOND TO EACH CLAIM. The Answer is your written response to the Plaintiff’s Complaint. In your Answer you must state whether you agree or disagree with each paragraph of the Complaint. If you believe the Plaintiff should not be given everything asked for in the Complaint, you must say so in your Answer.
4. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR CASE IF YOU DO NOT SEND A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE COMPLAINT TO THE PERSON WHO SIGNED THIS SUMMONS. If you do not Answer within 20 days, you will lose this case. You will not get to tell your side of the story, and the Court may decide against you and award the Plaintiff everything asked for in the Complaint. If you do not want to contest the claims stated in the Complaint, you do not need to respond. A default judgment can then be entered against you for the relief requested in the Complaint.
5. LEGAL ASSISTANCE. You may wish to get legal help from a lawyer. If you do not have a lawyer, the Court Administrator may have information about places where you can get legal assistance. Even if you cannot get legal help, you must still provide a written Answer to protect your rights or you may lose the case.
6. ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION. The parties may agree to or be ordered to participate in an alternative dispute resolution process under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice. You must still send your written response to the Complaint even if you expect to use alternative means of resolving this dispute.
7. THIS LAWSUIT MAY AFFECT OR BRING INTO QUESTION TITLE TO REAL PROPERTY located in Faribault County, State of Minnesota, legally described as follows:
A tract of land in the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NE1/4 of SW1/4) of Section Seventeen (17), Township One Hundred Two (102) North, Range Twenty-seven (27) West described as follows:
The West 37.80 feet of a rectangular tract of land the North boundary of which is the South line of Lot 2 except the East 25 feet thereof in Block 16 of Young’s Addition to Blue Earth City (now City of Blue Earth), the West boundary is the Southerly extension of the West line of said Lot 2 8 feet ; the East boundary is the Southerly extension of the West line of the East 25 feet of Lot 2 six feet; and the South line is a fence line described as commencing 8 feet South of the Southwest corner of Lot 2 and running in a straight line thence Easterly to a point 6 feet South of the West line of the East 25 feet of Lot 2 and there terminating.
The object of this action is Quiet Title Action.

1. All members were present. The pledge of allegiance was recited.
2. Approved synopsis and official proceedings of the May 15, 2018 regular meeting
3. Approved agenda of June 5, 2018.
4. Approved SSTS loan of $15,280.00 to Cody Sailor on Parcel Number 14.028.0500 in Elmore.
5. Approved contract with Forte to provide services to process credit card, debit card, and electronic check transactions in the Auditor/Treasurer office and to approve opening a new bank account at First Bank, Blue Earth to process credit card, debit card, and electronic check transactions.
6. Approved hire of Brady Hanevik as Maintenance Man I in Public Works.
7. Opted out of participation in the One Watershed One Plan for the Winnebago River watershed because less than 10% of the jurisdictional land area of Faribault County is within the planning boundary and direct Planning and Zoning Administrator to designate a representative to participate on the Advisory Committee.
8. Approved advertising for the following culvert replacement projects: #022-599-111 in Emerald Township, #022-599-112 in Seely Township, and #022-599-113 in Blue Earth City.
9. Warmka motion to purchase a sign truck was tabled to the next meeting due to lack of second.
10. Approved request of M. Daly to attend a 3-day Mn County Engineer’s conference in Alexandria.
11. Approved request of L. Frommie to attend a 3-day Emergency Operations Center operations and planning in Rochester.
12. Approved payment bills totaling $ 510,544.43 .

3. D. Esser met regarding Auditor business.
4. Resource Technician Courtney Christensen from the Shell Rock River Watershed District met regarding One Watershed One Plan.

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR LIVESTOCK
FEEDLOT PERMIT
Notice is hereby given per Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 116, that Andrew Cartwright has made an application to the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency or the County of Faribault for a permit to construct or expand a feedlot with the capacity of 500 animal units or more.
The proposed feedlot will be located in the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 in Section 27, Verona Township (T. 103 N., R. 28 W.), Faribault County, Minnesota. The proposed new facility will consist of 2,480 swine between 55 and 300 pounds housed in a total confinement barn with a poured reinforced concrete pit for manure storage. The total animal unit capacity will be 992 animal units (Faribault County)/ 744 animal units (MPCA).
This publication shall constitute as notice to each resident and each owner of real property within 5000 feet of the perimeter of the proposed feedlot as required by Minnesota State Law.
A public meeting will be held on July 17, 2018 at 9:45 a.m. at the Faribault County Board of Commissioner’s meeting at the Faribault County Courthouse for citizen input in regard to the feedlot being permitted.

Main St., Blue Earth, Minnesota, for the formal probate of an instrument purporting to be the Will of the Decedent dated, April 11, 1997, (“Will”) and for the appointment of Irene K. Hancock, whose address is 1105 Redding Ave., Windom, MN 56101 and Mary Honken, whose address is 2530 Wyoming Ave., Fremont, NE 68025 as Personal Representatives of the Estate of the Decedent in an Unsupervised administration. Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the Personal Representatives will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate, including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and do all necessary acts for the Estate.
Notice is also given that (subject to Minn. 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the Personal Representatives or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.
