1. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing has been scheduled In the Matter of the License Application of Children’s Minnesota. The Honorable Jessica A. Palmer-Denig, Administrative Law Judge, will preside. Notice is hereby given that the Faribault County Housing and Redevelopment Authority have completed the Annual Plan updates to the 5 Year Plan. We are mandated by HUD under our Housing Choice Voucher Program to make any necessary amendments to the 5 Year Plan on an annual basis. The plan outlines the goals, objectives and activities of the HRA over the next 5-year period of time.

3. Approved agenda of August 7, 2018.
4. Approved hiring Tanya Nagel-Hince as part-time jailer/dispatcher in the Sheriff Department.
5. Adopted Resolution 18-CB-39 approving the issuance of revenue obligations by the City of Frost to finance a project by United Hospital District, Inc. Commissioners Groskreutz, Loveall, Roper, Warmka, and Young voted yes.
6. Appointed Commissioners Roper and Groskreutz to the Board of Canvass for the August 14, 2018 State Primary Election and for the Board to convene at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, August 17, 2018 and to set November 19, 2018 for County Post Election Equipment Review in the board room.
7. Authorized Request for Proposal for the demolition of forfeited tax structures on Parcel Nos. 25.681.0150 and 25.681.0151 in Elmore.
8. Approved Resolution 18-CB-40 setting the 2019 lease rate of $10.10 per square foot for the County Annex building to the Faribault-Martin Human Services Board. Commissioners Groskreutz, Loveall, Roper, Warmka, and Young voted yes.
9. Approved requests of D. Killion and B. Schaefer to attend a 1-day American Heart Assoc. CPR instructor recertification in North Mankato; and L. Olson to attend a 2-day Mn Assoc. of Assessment Personnel workshop in Duluth.
