AUTHORIZE A FEE FOR FIRST RESPONDER

SERVICES

The City Council of the City of Elmore does hereby ordain as follows:

SECTION I.

That a new Subdivision of the Elmore City Code is hereby created as follows:

220.04, Subd. 4. First Responder Fees. A fee as set by resolution of the City Council from time to time shall be charged to the recipient of first responder services upon such services being provided by the first responders of the City of Elmore.

SECTION II.

This Ordinance shall become effective 30 days after its passage and publication.

The Blue Earth Planning Commission has scheduled a hearing at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 11, 2018 in the Council Chambers of City Hall to consider the following request of Brooke Ziegler Hussey, 306 East 3rd Street, Blue Earth, MN.
