Sealed Bids for the construction of the Blue Earth Area High School Parking Lot Improvements project will be received by ISG (the Engineer) electronically through QuestCDN only until 2:00 p.m. local time on February 25, 2019, at which time the Bids received will be posted publicly online. The Project consists of constructing Reconstruction of Surface Pavement, Grading, Replacement of Culvert, Replacement of Surface Aggregate, Replacement of Conduit, Parking Lot Striping.

Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.

Bid Documents are only available for download online at Quest Construction Data Network, www.questcdn.com for a fee of $20.00. The QuestCDN eBidDoc number is 6130651. For assistance and free membership registration, contact QuestCDN at 952.233.632 or info@questcdn.com.

The bidder shall electronically submit the proposal using QuestCDN as provide in the Bidding Documents, and according to the instructions to Bidders prepared by the Engineer. The bidder shall pay an online bidding fee of $25.00
