ORDINANCE 92-2019
AN ORDINANCE TO
REGULATE PUBLIC
NUISANCES AND OFFENSES WITHIN THE CITY OF
WINNEBAGO
The City Council of the City of Winnebago will hold a public hearing for the purpose of discussing a proposed Ordinance to regulate public nuisances and other offenses within the City of Winnebago. The Ordinance sets forth definitions of public nuisance conditions including, but not limited to, weeds, grass, yard waste, refuse, garbage, abandoned and junk motor vehicles, exterior storage of personal property, exterior building maintenance, hazardous buildings and structures, other hazardous conditions and related matters. The Ordinance includes definitions of nuisance conditions, procedures for abatement of public nuisances, enforcement procedures, notice procedures and penalties for violations of Ordinance provisions. A complete draft of the proposed Ordinance is available for review at City Hall at 140 S. Main Street in Winnebago during normal business hours.
A public hearing will be held on the 14th day of May, 2019 at 7:05 p.m. at Winnebago City Hall, 140 S. Main Street, Winnebago, Minnesota. Your public input on the matter is welcome.
