NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE

THE RIGHT TO VERIFICATION OF THE DEBT AND IDENTITY OF THE ORIGINAL CREDITOR WITHIN THE TIME PROVIDED BY LAW IS NOT AFFECTED BY THIS ACTION.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT:

1. Default has occurred in the conditions of the mortgage dated October 5, 2006, executed by Duaine F Ober and Paula M Ober, husband and wife, as Mortgagor(s), to Wells Federal Bank, FSB, a federal savings bank, as Mortgagee(s), and filed for record October 12, 2006, in the Office of the County Recorders (the “Recorder”), Faribault County, Minnesota as document number 337975 as amended by that certain document dated September 29, 2011 and recorded with the Recorder on October 5, 2011 as document no. 356050 and as amended by that certain Extension of Mortgage dated October 28, 2016 and recorded with the Recorder on November 8, 2016 as document no. 372995.
