It is Ordered and Notice is given that on June 16, 2020 at 10:30 a.m., this matter will come before the Court at 415 N. Main St., Blue Earth, Minnesota, for the formal probate of an instrument purporting to be the Will of the Decedent dated, February 7, 2013, (“Will”), and for the appointment of Alan Roesler, whose address is 42390 70th Street, Blue Earth, Minnesota, 56013 as Personal Representative of the Estate of the Decedent in an UNSUPERVISED administration. Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior this time. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the Personal Representatives will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and to do all necessary acts for the Estate.

Notice is also given that (subject to Minnesota Statutes section 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the Personal Representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.

PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice of Initiation of the Section 106 Process-Public Participation in accordance with the Federal Communications Commission’s (FCC or Commission) Nationwide Programmatic Agreement. Interstate Power and Light has constructed a communications facility at 42939 State Highway 109, Delavan, Faribault, MN 56023 (Latitude: 43-45-41.26 N and Longitude: 94-00-31.31 W). The facility included a monopole telecommunications tower with an approximate overall height of 68 ft. and associated equipment. Interstate Power and Light publishes this notice in accordance with FCC regulations (47 C.F.R. 1.1307) in connection with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that default has occurred in the conditions of that certain Mortgage dated May 12, 2017, executed by Christopher C. Gack aka Chris Gack, and Amy M.
