NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that default has occurred in the conditions of that certain Mortgage dated May 12, 2017, executed by Christopher C. Gack aka Chris Gack, and Amy M. Gack aka Amy Gack, as mortgagor, to NW Preferred Federal Credit Union, as mortgagee, filed with the Office of County Recorder of Faribault, Minnesota, on May 16, 2017, as Document No. 374616, and encumbering real property located in Faribault County, Minnesota.

The Blue Earth Planning Commission has scheduled a hearing at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 25, 2020 in the Council Chambers of City Hall to consider the following request of William & Shawn Bromeland 526 North Main Street, Blue Earth, MN.

As a result of the peacetime emergency declared by the Governor of the State of Minnesota in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Superintendent of the School District has determined that it is neither feasible nor prudent to hold an in-person School Board meeting during the emergency. Consequently, except for the Board Chair and the Superintendent, the Regular Meeting will be conducted by alternative means (teleconference or video-teleconference) from remote locations. Distance learning update. 8-12 Principal, G.Ewing updates on Banquets, ACT, Prom, Graduation, Blue Earth Area Foundation-signing event for graduates going into the education field, ACT postponed, band trip canceled.

Athletic Director, Rob Norman updates on Spring Activities MSHSL cancel season, coaches still in contact with students, summer coaches, Awards night will be May 31st, will be broadcast.

A work session of the Board of Education of Blue Earth Area, I.S.D. #2860 was held on Tuesday June 2nd, 2020 6:00 pm. Conducted in person by telephone OR other Electronic means PURSUANT TO MINN. STAT. 13D.021

As a result of the peacetime emergency declared by the Governor of the State of Minnesota in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Superintendent of the School District has determined that it is feasible to hold in person meetings with proper social distancing, or meetings could be conducted by alternative means (teleconference or video-teleconference) from remote locations. Members of the public interested in monitoring the work session from a remote location made use of the following link: www.facebook.com?ISD2860

Board Members were all present in person with Superintendent M.Fletcher for the work session at the meeting location: Blue Earth Area High School, Media Center 1125 N Grove St., Blue Earth, MN 56013.

Members present: S. Hauskins, S. Beyer, K. Zierke, F. Bly, J. Eckles, S. Rosenau, S. Benz.

Work Session was called to order at 6:02 pm by Chairperson Benz.
