FINAL HEARING NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, the Faribault County Board of Commissioners, sitting as the drainage authority for County Ditch #514 will hold a final hearing on the redetermination of benefits and damages and petition for improvement of Branch S of County Ditch #514. The Final Engineer’s Report was filed with the drainage authority on May 28, 2020 and the Viewers’ Report was filed with the drainage authority on July 1, 2020. Both reports are available for inspection at the Faribault County Auditor’s Office, 415 North Main, Blue Earth, MN. The hearing shall be held at 10:00 a.m. on July 30, 2020, at Faribault County Courthouse Court Room, 415 North Main Street, Blue Earth, MN 56013. Due to COVID-19 pandemic, the hearing can be attended via the internet or phone, contact the Drainage Department at 507-526-2388 for this information. At the final hearing, the drainage authority will accept public comment regarding the Viewers’ Report and Final Engineer’s Report. Any party having an interest in the proceedings may appear and provide comment. Written comments will be accepted at the hearing and by mail through the date of the hearing at the Faribault County Auditor’s Office, PO Box 130, Blue Earth, MN 56013.
County Ditch #514 consists of open ditch and tile branches. The following properties are affected by the Viewers’ Report of benefits and damages:
Jo Daviess Township, T 102 N-R 28W, Sections: 23, 25, 26, 27, 34, 35;
Pilot Grove Township, T 101N-R28W, Sections: 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11
all in Faribault County.

Krause, all of Winnebago, Minnesota; Erin Church, Canistota, South Dakota; Andrew Krause, Winnebago, Minnesota; and Emily Sebesta, Willmar, Minnesota, to retain shares of Krause Financial, Inc., Winnebago, Minnesota, and thereby join the Krause family shareholder group, which controls 25% or more of the shares of Krause Financial, Inc. Krause Financial, Inc., controls First Financial Bank in Winnebago, Winnebago, Minnesota.

4. During public comment Barbara Baker spoke regarding revocation of conditional use permit.
5. Approved hiring Bryce Werner as Parks Manager in the Public Works Department effective June 24, 2020.
6. Approved Resolution 20-RB05-44 a lighting system maintenance agreement with the Minnesota Department of Transportation.
7. Approved order setting final redetermination of benefits hearing for CD 49 to July 7, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. at the Faribault County Fairgrounds 4-H Dining Hall.
8. Approved SSTS grant of $3,000 and SSTS loan of $10,835 to Samuel Cory on Parcel No. 05.011.0500 in Delavan Township.
9. Approved Resolution 20-CB-45 accepting GIS grant for $17,594.95 from the State of Minnesota to prepare for implementation of the Next Generation of 911.
10. Approved payment of the following bills: Auditor warrants totaling $2,372,214.77; ACH-EFT payments totaling $1,990,453.31; and audit/auxiliary totaling $551,263.87.
