Notice is hereby given that an application for informal probate of personal representative has been filed with the Probate Registrar. No Will has been presented for probate. The application has been granted.

Stat. § 524.3-607, and the court otherwise orders, the Personal Representative has full power to administer the Estate, including, after 30 days from the date of issuance of letters, the power to sell, encumber, lease or distribute real estate.
Notice is also given that, subject to Minn. Stat. § 524.3-801, all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the Personal Representative or to the Court Administrator within four (4) months after the date of this Notice, or the claims will be barred.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Prairieland Solid Waste Management, hereby requests proposals from qualified vendors to provide transportation and/or landfill disposal services for mixed municipal solid waste residuals from the Prairieland Facility in Truman, MN. This Request For Proposals process may result in a contract of up to five (5) years for Residuals Management Services, beginning January 1, 2021. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF WINNEBAGO
Notice is hereby given that the Winnebago City Council will hold a public hearing for the purposes of considering a petition for an alley vacation located on Block 31 on 3rd and 4th Ave. SW. The recommendation from the Planning Commission stated that the Western half of the alley be vacated, and extension of the Eastern half should be made to the center of the block as marked by the utility pole. A permanent easement of 12 ft. is to remain all through said alley. The City of Winnebago will be responsible for procuring an easement of 5 ft. on parcels 312003980 and 312003900 to extend a turn-around. All property owners affected by the proposed vacation shall be responsible for the recording and surveying costs associated with the change in status of the alley. This meeting and public hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m. on November 10th, 2020 in the city hall located at 140 Main Street South in Winnebago.
All persons who wish to express their opinions regarding this proposed alley vacation can do so at this meeting. Written comments may also be sent to the Municipal Center, PO Box 35, Winnebago, MN 56098.

Sealed Prime General Contract bids for City of Elmore Building Remodel will be received by the Owner at the office of the Owner, City of Elmore, c/o Dianne Nowak, City Clerk-Treasurer, City of Elmore, 202 S. Hwy 169, PO Box 56, Elmore, Minnesota 56027 by mail or personal delivery until Thursday, November 19, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at which date and time the bids will be opened and read aloud.
A pre-bid conference will be held Thursday, November 12, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at the location of the Work, 202 S. Hwy 169, PO Box 56, Elmore, Minnesota 56027.
Project Scope: Selective demolition and construction/remodel of portions of an existing building including interior, exterior work, and civil work and other Work indicated in the drawings and specifications. This project is sales tax exempt. Do not include sales tax in bids.
Bidders shall submit their proposal on the forms provided. Proposal shall be filled in clearly and correctly with ink or other permanent format. Proposal shall be signed in ink by the individual, members of the partnership, or by one or more officers of the corporation making the proposal.

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SUBSECTION 670.01,
SUBD. 3 OF THE
ELMORE CITY CODE
REGULATING USE OF GUNS AND OTHER DANGEROUS WEAPONS
The City Council of the City of Elmore does hereby ordain as follows:
SECTION I.
Subsection 670.01, Subd. 3 is hereby amended to state the following:
Subd. 3. Discharge of guns and other dangerous weapons prohibited in certain places. No person shall discharge a gun or other dangerous weapon capable of discharging a projectile of any sort at a speed sufficient to injure or kill a human being on a lawn, park, playground, orchard, or other ground appurtenant to a school, church, or an inhabited dwelling, the property of another, or a charitable institution.
SECTION II.
This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon passage and publication.

STAT. $ 13D.021 As a result of the peacetime emergency declared by the Governor of the State of Minnesota in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Superintendent of the School District has determined that it is feasible to hold in person meetings with proper social distancing, or meetings could be conducted by alternative means (teleconference or video-teleconference) from remote locations.
