PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, the Board of Commissioners of Faribault County will hold a public hearing beginning at 9:30 A.M., on Tuesday, December 15, 2020, at the Board Room at the Faribault County Courthouse, 415 North Main Street, Blue Earth, MN 56013. The purpose of the hearing is to consider the proposal that the County abate property taxes levied by the County on the following property identified as tax parcel identification numbers (the “Property”):

The City of Blue Earth is issuing General Obligation Tax Abatement Bonds (the “Bonds”) in an amount not to exceed $730,000 to finance the Project and will use property tax abatements from the City and County levies to pay the Bonds.
