NOTICE OF AND ORDER FOR HEARING ON PETITION FOR FORMAL PROBATE OF WILL AND APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS

It is Ordered and Notice is given that on February 9, 2021, at 10:30 am, a hearing will be held in this Court at 415 N. Main St., Blue Earth, Minnesota, on a petition for the formal probate of an instrument purporting to be the decedent’s Will dated December 19, 2016, and for the appointment of Laura Beth Olson, whose address is 19279 Oliver Ave., Reading, MN 56165 as personal representative of the decedent’s estate in an unsupervised administration. This hearing will be held by Zoom.

Any objections to the petition must be raised at the hearing or filed with the Court prior to the hearing. If the petition is proper and no objections are filed or raised, the personal representative will be appointed with the full power to administer the decedent’s estate, including the power to collect all assets; pay all legal debts, claims, taxes, and expenses; sell real and personal property; and do all necessary acts for the decedent’s estate.

Notice is further given that, subject to Minn. Stat. § 524.3-801, all creditors having claims against the decedent’s estate are required to present the claims to the personal representative or to the Court within four (4) months after the date of this notice or the claims will be barred.

FINAL HEARING NOTICE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, the Faribault County Board of Commissioners, sitting as the drainage authority for County Ditch #46 will hold a final hearing on the redetermination of benefits and damages of County Ditch #46. The Viewers’ Report was filed with the drainage authority on December 31, 2020 and is available for inspection at the Faribault County Auditor’s Office, 415 North Main, Blue Earth, MN. The hearing shall be held at 11:30 a.m. on January 28, 2021, at the Golden Bubble, 11575 State Hwy 22 Wells, MN 56097. Due to COVID-19 pandemic, the hearing is encouraged to be attended virtually via phone or computer, contact the Faribault County Drainage Department at 507-526-2388 for information. At the final hearing, the drainage authority will accept public comment regarding the Viewers’ Report. Any party having an interest in the proceedings may appear and provide comment. Written comments will be accepted at the hearing and by mail through the date of the hearing at the Faribault County Auditor’s Office, PO Box 130, Blue Earth, MN 56013.
