NOTICE TO: The Estate of Kristopher T. Krahmer, and also the unknown heirs of The Estate of Kristopher T. Krahmer, and all other persons unknown claiming any right, title, estate, interest or lien in the real estate described in the Notice herein.
YOU ARE NOTIFIED:
1. Default has occurred in the Contract for Deed (“Contract”) dated October 25, 2013, and filed for record October 25, 2013, as Document Number 363725, in the Office of the County Recorder of Faribault County, Minnesota in which Roger Holland and Arlyce Holland, as Sellers, sold to Kristopher T. Krahmer, as Purchaser, the real property in Faribault County, Minnesota, described as follows:
Lot Five (5) and the East Half (E 1/2) of Lot Six (6) in Block One (1) in Henkels Addition to Elmore, Minnesota.
2. The default is as follows: Purchaser is delinquent in monthly principal and interest payments, real estate taxes and property insurance totaling $4,504.50.
3. The conditions contained in Minnesota Statutes §559.209 have been complied with or are not applicable.

A Regular Board Meeting of the Board of Education of Blue Earth Area, I.S.D. #2860 was held on Monday December 14th, 2020 6:00 pm. Conducted in person by telephone OR other Electronic means PURSUANT TO MINN. STAT. $ 13D.021 As a result of the peacetime emergency declared by the Governor of the State of Minnesota in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Superintendent of the School District has determined that it is feasible to hold in person meetings with proper social distancing, or meetings could be conducted by alternative means (teleconference or video-teleconference) from remote locations. REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) – City Building
Roof Inspection Services
Notice is herby given that proposals will be received by the City of Blue Earth, Minnesota for: annual roof inspections for all city buildings with City Administrator, 125, W 6th Street, Blue Earth MN 56013. Proposals received later than 5:00 pm February 19, 2021 will not be considered. A copy of this Request for Proposal (RFP) may be obtained from the City’s website at www.becity.org. The City of Blue Earth reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, and to waive irregularities and informalities in the submittal and evaluation process. This RFP does not obligate the City to pay any costs incurred by respondents in the preparation and submission of a proposal. Furthermore, the RFP does not obligate the City to accept or contract for any expressed or implied services. The City of Blue Earth assures that no person shall, on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any program or activity.
