A Regular Board Meeting of the Board of Education of Blue Earth Area, I.S.D. #2860 was held on Monday February 8th, 2021 6:00 pm. Conducted in person by telephone OR other Electronic means PURSUANT TO MINN. STAT. $ 13D.021 As a result of the peacetime emergency declared by the Governor of the State of Minnesota in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Superintendent of the School District has determined that it is feasible to hold in person meetings with proper social distancing, or meetings could be conducted by alternative means (teleconference or video-teleconference) from remote locations. Board Members were all present in person with Superintendent M. Fletcher for the regular board meeting at the meeting location: Blue Earth Area High School Media Center 1125 Highway 169 N Blue Earth, MN 56013.

BLUE EARTH AREA SCHOOLS HIGH SCHOOL ROOF RENOVATION
Sealed Prime General Contract bids for Blue Earth Area Schools High School Roof Renovation will be received by the Owner at the District Offices’ Conference Room at 315 East 6th Street, Blue Earth Minnesota, 56013 by mail or personal delivery until Tuesday, April 6th, 2021 at 1:30 p.m. at which date and time, the bids will be opened and read aloud.
A pre bid conference and walk-through, will be held Monday, March 22, 2021 at 1:30 p.m. at the Blue Earth High School. Interested bidders should meet at door “L”.
Project Scope: Selective demolition and construction of a roof
renovation and other work indicated in the specifications.
Bidders shall submit their proposal on the forms provided. Proposal shall be filled in clearly and correctly with ink or other permanent format. Proposal shall be signed by the individual, members of the partnership, or by one or more officers of the corporation making the proposal.

PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Faribault County Housing and Redevelopment Authority have completed the updates to our new 5 Year Public Housing Authority (PHA) Plan. We are mandated by HUD under our Housing Choice Voucher Program to prepare a new updated 5 Year Plan on a cycle of every 5 years with any new amendments made on an annual basis during that 5-year period. The plan outlines the goals, objectives and activities of the HRA over the next 5-year period. This public hearing covers the annual
amendment to the 5-year plan which is effective January 1, 2021.
The plan will be available for review and for comments from March 8 through April 20, 2021. This information will be available for review at the MVAC website at mnvac.org, or you can contact our Mankato Office at 706 North Victory Drive, Mankato, MN. Any
comments must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday,
