Main St., Blue Earth, Minnesota, for the adjudication of intestacy and determination of heirship of the Decedent, and for the appointment of Evelyn Leland, whose address is 1234 East Madison St., Baltimore, MD, 21202 as Personal Representative of the Estate of the Decedent in an UNSUPERVISED administration. Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the Personal Representative will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate, including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and to do all necessary acts for the Estate. Approved Resolution 21-CB-25 approving the sale of tax forfeited Parcel No. 21.577.0670 to the City of Blue Earth to correct blight. All voted yes.

Approved SSTS grant to Russell & Delores Schavey for $3,000 for Parcel No. 01.032.0300 in Barber Township.

Appointed Robin Stenzel of Winnebago to a 3-year term on the Board of Adjustments ending December 31, 2023.

Approved renewal of liquor license for the Derby Inn, Minn-Iowa Golf Course, and Riverside Town & Country Club for the period of April 1, 2021 through March 31, 2022.

Approved payment of bills totaling $351,045.87.

Discussion was held concerning the following:
