It is Ordered and Notice is given that on May 18, 2021, at 10:30 a.m., a hearing will be held in this Court at 415 North Main, Blue Earth, Minnesota, 56013 for the formal probate of an instrument purporting to be the Will of the Decedent dated, January 3, 2003, and codicils to the will, dated February 21, 2007, (“Will”), and for the appointment of Jacob P. Courrier, whose address is 5123 610th Avenue, Walters, MN, 56097 as Personal Representative of the Estate of the Decedent in an UNSUPERVISED administration. Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the Personal Representative will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and to do all necessary acts for the Estate. The meeting will be held by Zoom. Contact the court for instructions to appear.
Notice is also given that (subject to Minnesota Statutes section 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the Personal Representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.

NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING ON THE REISSUANCE OF PRIVATE ACTIVITY BONDS
ISSUED TO FINANCE HEALTH CARE FACILITIES
CITY OF FROST, FARIBAULT COUNTY, MINNESOTA
NOTICE IS GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Frost, Minnesota (the “Issuer”) will meet on Monday, May 10, 2021, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as reasonably possible in City Hall located at 110 Main Street, in Frost, Minnesota, to conduct a public hearing.
The purpose of the public hearing is to consider the proposal that the Issuer reissue its $9,428,450 Health Care Facilities Revenue Note, Series 2018 (United Hospital District, Inc. Project) dated October 18, 2018 (the “Prior Obligation”) under Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.152 through 469.1655, to permit a reduction in interest rate and extension of the maturity of the Prior Obligation. The Prior Obligation was issued to finance and refinance the cost of the project described below (the “Project”). The Project will be owned and operated by United Hospital District, Inc., a Minnesota nonprofit corporation and organization described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (“UHDI”).
The Project consisted of the (i) acquisition of real property and improvements thereto located: (a) in Blue Earth, Minnesota, at 515 South Moore Street and 520 South Galbraith Street (the “Blue Earth Facilities”), (b) in Winnebago, Minnesota, at One North Main Street and 550 Cleveland Avenue West (the ‘Winnebago Facilities”) and (c) in Wells, Minnesota, at 55 First Street Southeast; and (ii) remodeling of certain portions of the Blue Earth Facilities, including the emergency department, lobby and other common spaces.
The estimated total amount of the proposed revenue obligations will not exceed $9,428,450. The proposed revenue obligations will be qualified 501(c)(3) bonds as defined in Section 145 of the Code. The obligations and the interest thereon shall be limited obligations of the Issuer and shall not be payable from nor charged upon any funds other than the revenue pledged to their payment, nor shall the Issuer be subject to any liability on them. No holder of the obligations shall ever have the right to compel any exercise of the taxing power of the Issuer to pay the obligations or the interest thereon, nor to enforce payment of them against any property of the Issuer except those projects, or portions thereof, mortgaged or otherwise encumbered.
All persons interested may appear and be heard at the time and place set forth above or may submit written comments to the City Clerk of the Issuer in advance of the hearing.

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A LIVESTOCK FEEDLOT PERMIT
Notice is hereby given per Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 116, and Faribault County’s feedlot ordinance, that Micah Twedt has made an application to the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency / County of Faribault for a permit to build a new feedlot.
The new feedlot will be in the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 in Section 33 Rome Township, Faribault County, Minnesota. The new facility will be 122’7” by 220′ and will hold 3280 head of wean to finish pigs from 12 pounds to 275 pounds for a total of 984 animal units or 1,312 Faribault county animal units. The proposed new barn will be a 122’7″ x 220′ total confinement facility with an 8′ deep below barn manure pit for 12 months of storage. The total number of animal units on this site after building the new barn will be 984.
This publication shall constitute as notice to each resident and each owner of real property within 5000 feet of the perimeter of the proposed feedlot, as required by Minnesota State Law.
