ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

The bid should consider the possibility of hazardous waste and should include removal and disposal of all demolition waste material, and placement of any fill required, there is a possibility of a shared wall on the site. 1. All members present. The pledge of allegiance was recited.

2. Approved synopsis and official proceedings of the May 18, 2021 regular and May 20, 2021 special meetings.

3. Approved agenda of June 1, 2021.

4. Motion failed to approve the two-year Sentence to Serve contract with the State of Minnesota beginning July 1, 2021. Commissioners Groskreutz, Loveall, and Young voted no.

5. Tabled Sentence To Serve contract to the June 15, 2021 meeting.

6. Approved Resolution 21-CB-46 agreement with Union Pacific Railroad and Commissioner of Transportation for CSAH 4 railroad crossing upgrade.

7. Reaffirmed opinion in 1991 policy for cost-sharing of a damaged private drain tile under a county highway.

8. Appointed Karla Carr of Pilot Grove to a 3-year term on the Extension Committee ending December 31, 2022.

9. Approved request from J. Blair to attend a 4-day MnCCC annual conference virtually.

10. Approved payment of bills totaling $366,511.85.

Discussion was held concerning the following:

1. Rep. B. Olson met during public comment.

2. Crew Leader T. Hennis, Wells City Administrator C.J. Hall, Wells Street Foreman M. Pyzick, Juvenile Probation Agent A. Hanson, Department of Corrections District Supervisor J. Barickman, and Felony Probation Agent V. Malchow met regarding Sentence to Serve business.

3. S. Asmus met regarding recorder business.

4. M. Daly met regarding public works business.
