APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS

It is Ordered and Notice is given that on October 12, 2021, at 10:30 AM, a hearing will be held in this Court at 415 N. Main St., Blue Earth, Minnesota, for the adjudication of intestacy and determination of heirship of the Decedent, and for the appointment of William R. Clark, whose address is 648 2nd Ave. SW, Wells, MN, 56097; Christopher D. Clark, whose address is 648 2nd Ave. SW, Wells, MN, 56097 as Personal Representatives of the Estate of the Decedent in an UNSUPERVISED administration. Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the Personal Representatives will be appointed with full power to administer the

Estate, including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and to do all necessary acts for the Estate. The hearing will be held by Zoom. Contact the court for instructions on how to appear.

Notice is also given that (subject to Minnesota Statutes section 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the Personal Representatives or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.

AUGUST 17, 2021

1. All members were present. The pledge of allegiance was recited.

2. Approved synopsis and official proceedings of the August 3, 2021 regular meeting.

3. Approved agenda of August 17, 2021.

4. Approved Resolution 21-CB-73 authorizing MVAC as grantee and administrator of program funds for the Family Homelessness Prevention & Assistance Program. All voted yes.

5. Approved Resolutions 21-CB74 & 21-CB-75 selling the former Super Valu site to the City of Winnebago and pledging funds toward demolition of the building. All voted yes.

6. Approved Resolution 21-CB-76 approving the repurchase of tax forfeited Parcel No. 25.275.1650 to the prior owner. All voted yes.

7. Approved Resolution 21-CB-77 authorizing the sale of tax forfeited property to the City of Blue Earth. All voted yes.

8. Approved Resolution 21-CB-78 authorizing the sale of tax forfeited property to the City of Delavan. All voted yes.

9. Approved Resolution 21-CB-79 authorizing the sale of tax forfeited property to the City of Elmore. All voted yes.

10. Approved Resolution 21-CB-80 authorizing the sale of tax forfeited property to the City of Winnebago. All voted yes.

11. Approved Resolution 21-CB-81 authorizing the sale of tax forfeited property to the City of Wells. All voted yes.

12. Approved agreement with ISG for engineering services for Courthouse HVAC project.

13. Approved proposal with IEA for hazardous material inspection for Courthouse HVAC project.

14. Approved credit card for Lexi Scholten.

15. Approved SSTS grant for $3,000.00 to Brandon & Danielle Nasinec and SSTS loan for $16,322.76 on Parcel No. 30.008.1060.

16. Approved training requests from C. Davis to attend EVOC Instructor School and B. Douglas to attend a 1-day virtual Excel course.

17. Approved payment of the following bills: Auditor warrants totaling $1,184,726.50, ACH-EFT payments totaling $879,792.99; and audit/auxiliary totaling $ 705,061.55.

Discussion was held concerning the following:

1. Fair board members met regarding the fair budget.

2. M. Daly met regarding public works business.

3. MnDOT gave a presentation on Capital Highway Investment Plan (CHIP)

The meeting was adjourned for August 2021.
