NOTICE AND ORDER OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL AND

APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS

It is Ordered and Notice is given that on October 26, 2021, at 10:30 a.m., a hearing will be held in this Court at 415 North Main St., Blue Earth, Minnesota, for the formal probate of an instrument purporting to be the Will of the Decedent dated, August 9, 2021, (“Will”), and for the appointment of James Cross aka Jim Cross, whose address is P.O. Box 394, Parker, SD, 57053 as Personal Representative of the Estate of the Decedent in an UNSUPERVISED administration. Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the Personal Representative will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and to do all necessary acts for the Estate. This hearing will be held by Zoom. Contact the court for instructions to appear.

Notice is also given that (subject to Minnesota Statutes section 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the Personal Representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.

APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS

Notice is given that an application for informal probate of the Decedent’s will dated March 27, 1989 (“Will”), has been filed with the Registrar. The application has been granted.

Notice is also given that the Registrar has informally appointed Raymond Hornke whose address is 6315 350th Avenue, Blue Earth, MN 56013 as personal representative of the Estate of the Decedent. Any heir, devisee or other interested person may be entitled to appointment as personal representative or may object to the appointment of the personal representative. Unless objections are filed with the Court (pursuant to Minnesota Statutes section 524.3-607) and the Court otherwise orders, the personal representative has full power to administer the Estate, including, after 30 days from the date of issuance of letters, the power to sell, encumber, lease or distribute real estate.

Any objections to the probate of the Will or appointment of the Personal Representative must be filed with this Court and will be heard by the Court after the filing of an appropriate petition and proper notice of hearing.

Notice is also given that (subject to Minnesota Statutes section 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the personal representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.

A charitable beneficiary may request notice of the probate proceedings be given to the Attorney General pursuant to Minnesota Statutes section 501B.41, subdivision 5.

NOTICE OF HEARING

ORDINANCE 150.02-2021

REGARDING SOLAR

ENERGY SYSTEMS AND

RELATED ZONING

STANDARDS

The City Council of the City of Winnebago will hold a public hearing for the purpose of discussing a proposed Ordinance regarding solar energy systems and related zoning standards. Addition of language regarding RVs and amending building and zoning regulations will also be discussed. Complete drafts of the proposed Ordinances are available for review at City Hall at 140 S. Main Street in Winnebago during normal business hours.

A public hearing will be held on the 12th day of October 2021 at 7:00 p.m. at Winnebago City Hall, 140 S. Main Street, Winnebago, Minnesota. Your public input on the matter is welcome.
