It is Ordered and Notice is given that on November 9, 2021, at 10:30 AM, a hearing will be held in this Court at 415 North Main St. Blue Earth, Minnesota, for the adjudication of intestacy and determination of heirship of the Decedent, and for the appointment of Teresa Annemarie Wiechmann, whose address is P.O. Box 907, Heber, AZ, 85928 as Personal Representative of the Estate of the Decedent in an UNSUPERVISED administration. Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the Personal Representative will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate, including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and to do all necessary acts for the Estate. This hearing will be held by Zoom. Contact the court for information to attend.

Notice is also given that (subject to Minnesota Statutes section 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the Personal Representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF BLUE EARTH

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Blue Earth, Minnesota, will meet in the Public Safety Center Meeting Room at 120 S. Walnut St. in the City of Blue Earth, Minnesota, at 5:05 p.m. on Monday, November 1, 2021 to consider the construction of the following improvements on First Street from Main Street to Gorman Street, Gorman Street from First Street to Seventh Street, Fourth Street from Galbraith Street to Rice Street, Galbraith Street from Third Street to Fifth Street, and Ninth Street from Grove Street (TH 169) west to the Seneca property pursuant to Minn. Stat. §§ 429.011 to 429.111.

Reconstruction or improvement of water, sanitary sewer and storm sewer mains, residential lateral lines for both water and sanitary sewer, curb, gutter and residential street surface, sidewalks and driveway aprons, and boulevard improvements. The total estimated cost of said improvements is $5,139,565.00.

Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvements will be heard at this meeting. Written or oral objection will be considered. A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessments will be available.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF WINNEBAGO

Notice is hereby given that the Winnebago Planning Commission will hold a public hearing for the purposes of issuing a variance to Jonathan Melendez, owner of a property located at 515 Cleveland Ave East. The variance request is to allow for a fenced-in front-yard. This meeting and public hearing will take place at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 26th, 2021, at the Winnebago Municipal Center.

All persons who wish to express their opinions regarding this proposed variance request can do so at this meeting.
