NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE
1. Default has occurred in the conditions of the mortgage dated December 8, 1999, executed by Arnold R. Schroeder, a single person, as Mortgagor(s), to Wells Federal Bank, FSB, a federal savings bank, as Mortgagee(s), and filed for record December 14, 1999, in the Office of the County Recorders (the “Recorder”), Faribault County, Minnesota as document number 306498.
2. The Mortgage has been assigned as follows: No Assignments.
3. The maximum principal amount secured by the Mortgage was: $44,000.00.
4. No action or proceeding at law is now pending to recover the debt secured by the Mortgage, or any part thereof.

8. The time allowed by law for redemption by the Mortgagor, the Mortgagor’s personal representatives or assigns is 12 months after the date of sale.
