BLUE EARTH AREA SCHOOLS HIGH SCHOOL VENTILATION UPGRADE
Sealed Prime General Contract Bids for the Blue Earth Area Schools High School Ventilation Upgrades will be received by the Owner at the District Offices’ Conference Room at 315 East 6th Street, Blue Earth, Minnesota 56013 by mail or personal delivery until March 7th, 2022 at 1:30 p.m. at which date and time, all bids will be opened and read aloud.
A pre bid conference and walkthrough will be held Monday, February 28th, 2022 at 1:30 p.m. at the Blue Earth Area High School, 1125 North Grove. Interested bidders should meet at door “L”.
Project Scope: Removal of existing pneumatic controls and the installation of CHW, and HW control valves and associated piping. Replacement of AHU supply and return air Dampers.
Bidders shall submit their proposal on the forms provided. Proposal shall be filled in clearly and correctly with ink or other permanent format. Proposal shall be signed by the individual, members of the partnership, or by one or more officers of the corporation making the proposal.

The following is a brief description of the lands drained by the Judicial Ditch #414 system of Martin and Faribault Counties by its mainline tile, improvements, various laterals, extensions, and tile systems. Said system drains all or part of the following townships:
Martin County – East Chain Township – Sections 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 28 and 29.
Faribault County – Pilot Grove Township – Sections 7, 8, 9, 10, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 29 and 30
The proposed project includes upsizing and deepening Branch A40 and its petitioned improvement branches. The project includes installing approximately 10,500 linear feet of tile ranging from 24- to 8-inch tile generally following the existing tile alignments. The proposed tiles are improved to achieve the recommended 0.50 in/day drainage coefficient.

APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS
It is Ordered and Notice is given that on April 5, 2022, at 10:30 a.m., a hearing will be held via Zoom in this Court at 415 N. Main St., Blue Earth, Minnesota, for the adjudication of intestacy and determination of heirship of the Decedent, and for the appointment of Chad W. Myers, whose address is 1013 Wettergren St., St. Peter, MN, 56082 as Personal Representative of the Estate of the Decedent in an UNSUPERVISED administration. Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the Personal Representative will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate, including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and to do all necessary acts for the Estate.
Notice is also given that (subject to Minnesota Statutes section 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the Personal Representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.
